Two Trip Rule - update

It appears what I read about the two trip rule was wrong.

Last week, WACAP received updated information from Addis. After a meeting with the President of the Ethiopian Federal Court, it was decided that the new travel policy will be implemented in mid-May. Any court case scheduled before mid-May will not require the adoptive parents to travel for court; however, court cases scheduled after mid-May will require adoptive parents to travel and meet the child prior to adoption. Six to eight weeks later, the adoptive parents will travel back to Ethiopia to bring home their baby.
