Three Days & Counting

Just got home from our Memorial Day weekend in Long Beach and finally had a little time to sit down and read through emails and catch up on fellow WACAP adoption blogs.  It's been both comforting and incredibly valuable reading other WACAP families adoption blogs. Some have had an easy path (pre & post adoption) while others have had to go through some adjustments. In both cases, I've learned so much and know they'll continue to be a wealth of support and information for us. 

I can't believe in three days, Nick and I become parents to the most beautiful little boy. As many of you know, it's been a long journey and we couldn't be happier.  Keep us in your prayers Wednesday that everything goes smoothly with our court session. In the meantime, we will keep ourselves busy preparing.  We're well on our way...got our shots Thursday, updated our passports, bought a crib and lots of cute baby clothes. :))))
