Ready or not...

Aside from Formula, I think Nick and I are ready!!!!! We leave July 17th and it just couldn't come soon enough. We interviewed a Pediatrician today and loved him, finished up our shots (if I ever get sick again I'd be amazed) and bought all the medicine we need for Ethiopia. We made lots of "to do lists" and those of you who know Nick...will appreciate that!

Here are a few more pictures of Nick and the official "crib tester" putting together Dag's room. We also got this amazing 1950 Map of Africa and hung it above his dresser.

SPECIAL THANKS to all of you for sending baby gifts - Eileen with Mr. fat chicken and the adorable frog rocker and a basket full of wonder baby items..outfits, bowl, plates, spoons, bibs, blankets, toys...wow!!! Allison & Loren thank you for all the baby books, baby monitor, toys and baby rocker, Renee really got us prepared with the sleepers, diaper wipes, Bjorn, sippy cups..it goes on and on. Thank you Gayle & Jimmy for the beautiful crib and outfits, mom & Jeff for all the wonderful home-made blankets, jumper and Ian & Zoe for the cute toys and yes, Ian we'd love your tricycle..thank you! AND...Thank you everyone who sent wonderful outfits, sleepers, onesies. We love you!

    A - you and Dag will share a room when you come visit YAY, OR you and Ellie can camp out together.. which I know you'd love, Either way...plenty of room when you come back, which we hope is soon!!!!!!!!!!!

    brian's gonna be coming along too. we both will camp out with ellie. whatever works. brian loves ellie as much as i do. i miss her so much.
